Monday, Crestwood’s Kids Lit Quiz team competed in the Toronto Regional Heat at Allenby Public School against 45 other teams for one of two spots in the national championship this weekend. Following a full year of training, the team showed off its literary loquacity and more than doubled the score earned by last year’s team, earning 74/100, only 10 points behind the first place team.
Mr. Jull and Mr. Manners would like to thank the entire team for their commitment and enthusiasm about children’s literature.
