SPRING CONCERT

Dear Parents,
Crestwood School’s Grades 4-6 Music Program, along with the Primary and Junior Choirs, would like to invite you to attend the Spring Concert which will be held on Thursday, June 1st , 2017 at 7:00 p.m. All performers are expected to arrive by 6:40p.m.
Please join us for this special event, which will take place at the Toronto Centre for the Arts. You can order your tickets in advance by completing and returning to the school, the attached form, with your cheque (payable to Crestwood School) by Wednesday, May 24th Tickets are $20 each through the school until May 24tth and at the theatre box office after May 24th . Performers do not need tickets.
This concert is an important component of the music program, and the children have been practising hard to make this concert a success. We seek your cooperation in preparing for this event. Each child’s participation is an integral part of the group performance. We cannot stress enough the importance of having all students attend this event. If you anticipate a problem with attendance that cannot be resolved, please inform us by letter, by Wednesday, May 17th.
All students who are participating in the concert are required to wear the full school uniform, including a tie (grades 4,5,6,7), black shoes and school sweater. Girls should wear tights.
We need all of the students to stay for the entire concert and would appreciate all audience members staying for the entire performance to encourage their efforts. There is no videotaping or photography permitted in the theatre.
We will be travelling by bus to the theatre in the morning of Thursday June 1st for a rehearsal. Please complete the attached permission form.
