This fee covers the cost of processing the student’s application. The fee is paid online at the time of submission of the application and is non-refundable.

Tuition fees are payable in six installments.  Fees can be paid by credit card, digital cheque, or international payments by Flywire.

* Sibling Tuition Policy: Crestwood is pleased to waive the new family fee for additional family members and to offer a 5% discount.

Additional costs include the Crestwood uniform, books, and school trips.

Optional costs include meals and co-curricular fees.

There is NO additional fee for the shuttle bus.

The Head of School Scholarship

The Headmaster’s Scholarship is offered to a select group of students who embody both a commitment to learning, and to the community at large. Applicants who demonstrate the School’s values and community commitments will be ideal candidates.

Established in 2007, The Crestwood Preparatory College Scholarship Foundation helps assist deserving students who could not otherwise afford to come to Crestwood.

The Foundation allows students to enjoy the Crestwood difference and the wide variety of opportunities at the school. At the same time, Crestwood is enriched by the presence of energetic and dynamic students who contribute to the Crestwood community.

Our goal is to continue to help as many students and families experience the Crestwood difference each year. However, we could not do this without your support.

Our families who so generously support the foundation are offering others the same incredible opportunities that their children have received.

Donating is perhaps the most meaningful way that any member of the Crestwood community can contribute to the school and enrich our entire community.

All applicants seeking financial assistance must register and submit with Financial Aid for Canadian Students (FACS) online through Apple Financial.

The analysis service provides an arm’s length evaluation of financial aid applications and provides an unbiased evaluation of the applicant’s financial resources and ability to fund their private education.

The FACS provides a confidential recommendation to the committee of officers at Crestwood Preparatory College.  All applicants are required to apply a new application each year. To contact Apple, please visit their website at www.applefinancialservices.ca.

Roy Pejcinovski was a student at Crestwood when he and his family were tragically killed in 2018. Roy was a bright light around our halls, and made significant contributions in the classroom, on the ice, and most importantly in his circles of friends. He will not soon be forgotten. 

In memory of Roy Pejcinovski, the Crestwood Preparatory Scholarship and Foundation operates a designated Fund to provide a Scholarship/Bursary to a student with high academic achievement and excellence in their athletic ability in hockey.
