On Friday, November 6th, the Grade 3’s participated in a dynamic, hands-on workshop at The Ontario Science Centre. As an introduction to our Science unit on “Structures”, the Grade 3’s investigated types of structures, elements of force and tension, as well as special shapes that increase the stability of various structures. The workshop was highly interactive and the perfect start to our in-class studies.
