On Wednesday, the U14 Boys Hockey team traveled to Everest Academy for their Annual Tournament. In their opening game, the team took on one of the three Everest teams. It was a close game but thanks to some stellar goal tending from Paolo Frasca, the team was able to gut out a 2-0 victory. They then took on Hollycrest for their second round robin game and another strong team effort earned them a 4-2 victory, putting Crestwood in first place. Crestwood earned a birth in the  semi finals and bypassed the qualification round.  The team would face Hollycrest again. It was a hard fought match with the score still 0-0 with under 4 minutes left. Unfortunately, the boys were not able to capitalize on their chances and came up short of their goal.

The U14 Boys Hockey team played St Andrews on Thursday. The team got off to a hot start scoring two PP goals in the first period to take an early 2-0 lead. They then added another goal midway through the second. However, SAC responded with a goal of their own to cut the lead to 3-1. Thanks to some timely saves from Paolo Frasca, the team did not give up another goal and added a late empty net goal to seal the game.  See Photos!
