Vaccination Education: Virtual Assembly to Students in Grades 7 – 12

Dear members of The Crestwood Preparatory College Community:

The vaccination program in Ontario continues to expand. It’s fair to say at this point that vaccinations have significantly reduced Covid contagion, which will soon, hopefully, allow us to resume our normal lives.

We have been invited to a virtual presentation by Toronto Public Health to discuss the specific benefits of vaccinating our children.

Details are below. If you have any questions or concerns, the presenters will be glad to address them.

My name is Raven Campbell, a public health nurse from Toronto Public Health. We are providing a virtual assembly to students in Grades 7 – 12 on June 16th at 4:00pm. Our goal for the Vaccination Education Initiative is to provide accurate information to youth, to support them in making decisions about vaccination. The goal of the work is to maximize the number of youth who decide to get vaccinated. Student will have the opportunity to ask questions about COVID-19 vaccine.  Please see the information below on how to join the webinar.
