Dec. 7th – 17th

Dear Crestwood Parents:

With your assistance, Crestwood School’s Community Service Committee is initiating a two- week long food drive to assist those in need in the Toronto area. We will be collecting non-perishable food items (not expired)  to contribute to the North York fire station’s initiative at Bayview and York Mills, beginning Monday, December 7th and running until Thursday, December 17th..

With over 30% of North York Food Bank users being children, this food drive is especially significant to Crestwood Cares. We want all children in our Toronto community to be able to attend school daily with enough food to be healthy and successful.

Some foods recommendations are:

  • Canned Tomatoes Beans
  • Canned Tuna, Salmon and other seafood Lentils
  • Peanut Butter and other spreads Rice and grains
  • Pasta and pasta sauce Cereals

These small items will make a difference in the lives of many families.

Food donations will be accepted from Monday, December 7th, until Thursday, December 17th, 2020.  Please place your contributions in the containers available in either the atrium or the main building.

Thank you for helping Crestwood students with this worthwhile endeavour.

Yours truly,

The Crestwood School Community Service Committee
